The gite directly overlooks the lake which is less than 30metres away with spectacular views across the countryside from the elevated position it stands on.

The traditionally French converted stone gite sleeps up to 6 and is furnished to a high standard.  It comprises of two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) a spacious lounge with additional double sofa bed and satellite TV.

The fully equipped kitchen has a range style gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and breakfast bar. Washing machine, towels and bed linen are all included and a cot can be provided for infants, if required. Water, electricity and gas are also included.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and toilet. A separate cloakroom is also located by the entrance hall with additional toilet and basin. There is a lovely breakfast/dining area outside on the terrace with garden furniture. This provides an ideal place for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding views of the lake and gardens. In addition there is also a BBQ/Picnic area beside the lake with fitted BBQ and table/chairs.

 There is also play equipment for keeping the children amused and ample private parking next to the gite.

A separate utility room provides storage for both fishing equipment and clothing and has a bait freezer in situ. Finally, a selection of games, books and children’s toys are provided for both relaxation and entertainment.

Take a break The glazed room at the rear is now the games room. Pool, darts and picture gallery.	Tackle Store External room for storing tackle, bait and fishing clothes. Wash up before dinner too.
